The different balls stuck on the sculpture represent the different bubbles in which each person would live, making a more happy society because what makes one person happy cannot make another happy too. Each one would be living in their own little bubble and doing what they love (different from others). The different sizes and colors of the balls represent different levels of satisfaction. More than half of the sculpture is quite plain, and the main activity is happening in the center where the balls are stuck (representing humans). The rest of the world in the sculpture is shown to be empty (representing this negative space). Many responses said happiness is "impossible because humans have a selfish gene". The colors, shape, and pattern of the sculpture resemble the "Nazar" (an Arabic word meaning sight) sign which is an eye-shaped amulet believed to protect against the evil eye. This resemblance strengthens the concept of the jealousy flaw in humanity.
